Day - 1: ARRIVAL DAY IN ISLAMABAD, PAKISTAN
Arrival in Islamabad, Pakistan. Meet and greet with the guide at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Group briefing about the tour in the evening.

Day - 2: ISLAMABAD TO NARAN/CHILAS (461 km)
Drive from Islamabad to Naran/Chilas (461 km) for 8 hours. Travel on the famous Karakoram Highway and pass through some historic towns and cities. Night stay in Naran.
Day - 3: NARAN TO GILGIT, (134 km)
Drive from Naran to Gilgit (134 km) for 6 hours. Drive on Naran road, cross Babusar Pass and rejoin the Karakoram Highway. Night stay in Gilgit.
Day - 4: GILGIT TO KARIMABAD (102 km)
Drive from Gilgit to Karimabad (102 km) for 3 hours. Rejoin the Karakoram Highway to Hunza Valley. Visit the Rakaposhi viewpoint on the side of the Karakoram Highway. Night stay in Karimabad.
Day - 5: KARIMABAD (2,440 meters)
Explore Karimabad. Experience a spectacular sunrise view over the Rakaposhi mountain. Visit Baltit Fort and Altit Fort. Later in the afternoon, travel to a place called Eagle Nest for a breathtaking sunset view over Rakaposhi mountain.
Day - 6: KARIMABAD TO KHUNJERAB PASS (4,880 meters)
Drive from Karimabad to Khunjerab Pass (4,880 meters) for 3 hours. Visit the trade border between China and Pakistan. Return to Passu for the night stay.
Day - 7: HUNZA TO SKARDU (286 km)
Drive from Hunza to Skardu (286 km) for 7 hours. Follow the famous Karakoram Highway with the view of Rakaposhi in the background. Night stay in Skardu.
Day - 8 EXPLORE SKARDU (2,230 meters)
Explore Skardu. Visit Shangrila Resort, Upper Kachura Lake, and Skardu Fort, Sadpara Lake and Buddha Rock.
Day - 9: SKARDU TO KHAPLU, (103 km)
On Day 9 of the Gilgit Baltistan tour, you will travel from Skardu to Khaplu, a journey of around 103 km that should take 2-3 hours by car. You'll travel through some green villages along the Indus and Shyok rivers before arriving in Khaplu, the former second-largest kingdom in the old Baltistan region. You'll stay at the ex-royal palace, which has been turned into a luxury hotel (Serena Hotel).
Day - 10: EXPLORE KHAPLU (2,600 meters)
On Day 10, you'll visit the local bazaar, explore the town and see the 700-year-old Chaqchan Mosque. Afterwards, you'll spend the night in the hotel and enjoy three meals.
Day - 11: KHAPLU TO SKARDU VIA SHIGAR
On Day 11, you'll travel from Khaplu to Skardu via Shigar, stopping to see the Shigar Fort, which has also been converted into a museum and luxury hotel (Serena Hotel). You'll have lunch in the royal garden before continuing to Skardu. You can choose to spend the night at either the Shigar Fort or the hotel in Skardu.
Day - 12: SKARDU TO ASTORE (265 km)
Day 12 is the most adventurous day of the tour, as you'll travel in a jeep to Astore via the Deosai Plateau, the world's second-highest plateau. You'll stop for lunch and sightseeing in Deosai before continuing to Astore for the night.
Day - 13: Day 13 : ASTORE TO ISLAMABAD (461 km)
On Day 13, you'll wake up early to see a beautiful sunrise over the Karakoram Mountains and Nanga Parbat. You'll then travel from Astore to Islamabad, a journey of around 461 km that should take around 9 hours by car. You'll travel through some culturally rich and historical towns, including Taxila, an important archaeological site of ancient India. You'll arrive in Islamabad late in the afternoon and enjoy dinner at the hotel.
Day - 14: DEPARTURE FROM ISLAMABAD
On Day 14, you'll be transferred to Islamabad International Airport for your flight home, marking the end of your Gilgit Baltistan tour in Pakistan
