Karakoram Trek

Day - 1: Arrival in Islamabad

Arrive in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Transfer to a comfortable hotel for rest and acclimatization.

Day - 2: Islamabad Sightseeing

Explore the capital city, visiting Faisal Mosque, Lok Virsa Museum, and Daman-e-Koh. Attend a pre-trek briefing in the evening.

Day - 3: Islamabad to Skardu (By Air)

Early morning flight to Skardu.
Check into a hotel upon arrival.
Rest and acclimatization.

Day - 4: Skardu Exploration

Visit Shangrila Resort, and Skardu's local bazaar and Katpana Desert. Final trek preparations and gear check.

Day - 5: Skardu to Askole (4x4)

Scenic drive to Askole, the gateway to Karakoram. (Drive Time: Approx. 9-10 hours)
Begin the trek with a walk through Askole village. (Walking Time: Approx. 2 hours).

Day - 6: Askole to Jhula

Trek to Jhula via the mesmerizing Biafo Glacier. (Trekking Time: Approx. 6-7 hours) Camp near the Jhula campsite.

Day: 7: Jhula to Paiju / Paiyu

Continue trekking through enchanting landscapes to reach Paiyu. (Trekking Time: Approx. 6-7 hours) Enjoy the views of the Cathedral Towers..

Day - 8: Rest Day at Paiyu

Acclimatization day with short hikes for better adjustment.

Day - 9: Paiyu to Khuburse

Resume trekking to Khuburse, crossing the Goro II glacier. (Trekking Time: Approx. 7-8 hours) Witness the grandeur of the Karakoram peaks.

Day - 10: Khuburse to Concordia

Trek to Concordia, the heart of Karakoram. (Trekking Time: Approx. 6-7 hours) Behold the panoramic views of K2, Broad Peak, Gasherbrum I, and Gasherbrum II.

Day - 11: Rest Day at Concordia

Rest and explore the surroundings. Capture breathtaking photographs of the towering peaks.

Day - 12: Concordia to Ali Camp

Trek to Ali Camp with views of Chogolisa and Mitre Peak. (Trekking Time: Approx. 5-6 hours) Camp in the mesmerizing Karakoram wilderness.

Day - 13: Ali Camp to Gondogoro La Base Camp

Trek towards Gondogoro La Base Camp. (Trekking Time: Approx. 6-7 hours) Enjoy the views of Laila Peak.

Day - 14: Gondogoro La Base Camp to High Camp

Ascend to Gondogoro La High Camp. (Trekking Time: Approx. 4-5 hours) Rest and prepare for the Gondogoro La pass.

Day - 15: Cross Gondogoro La to Khuspang

Early morning ascent to Gondogoro La (5,585m). (Trekking Time: Approx. 8-9 hours) Descend to Khuspang.
Camp overnight amidst stunning mountain vistas.

Day - 16: Khuspang to Dalsangpa

Trek to Dalsangpa, another beautiful campsite. (Trekking Time: Approx. 6-7 hours) Views of Masherbrum and Muztagh Tower.

Day - 17: Dalsangpa to Shaishcho

Continue the trek to Shaishcho, a serene campsite. (Trekking Time: Approx. 6-7 hours) Immerse yourself in the rugged beauty of the Karakoram.

Day - 18: Shaishcho to Hushe

Trek to Hushe, the last village on the trail. (Trekking Time: Approx. 5-6 hours) Celebrate the completion of the trek with locals.

Day - 20: Drive to Skardu

Scenic drive back to Skardu. (Drive Time: Approx. 5-6 hours)
Check into the hotel for a well-deserved rest.

Day - 21: Skardu to Deosai National Park

Drive to Deosai National Park (The Land of Giants) Stop at Satpara lake before reaching Deosai and enjoy the scenic views of the mountain covered lake.

Day - 22: Spend a night at Sheosar lake

Explore the unimaginable beauty of deosai and camp at Sheosar lake.

Day - 23: Drive Back to Skardu

Local Exploration and rest day

Day - 24: Fly to Islamabad from Skardu

Enjoy the views of karakoram and himalyan range from the sky and bit farewell to Skardu

Day - 25: Departure from Islamabad

Transfer to the airport for your departure.
